Group Run in Central Park. We worked on our effort levels.
We did a warm-up run from the 72nd street mall, south to 67th street, then north on the Bridle Path to the Reservoir.
Then we pushed it. We were supposed to run at effort 3. This basically means unable to carry a converstion while running, but could still say "Hey what's up". We had to 2 laps at effort three, if we did it right our lap times would be no more than 15 seconds off from each other. The Reservoir is a 1.5 mile loop.

I did it! I think. I think I may have run a little too hard. I'm not sore - I was just really tired toward the end of the run.
I am enjoying my Champion Brand running shorts, that come with underwear! So Breazy!
