Most of the data listed below comes from my Nike+ Ipod device. Which I discovered in the past is about 97% accurate. I am actually running farther then what it says. But that is the fun part - I will run, and just go by the Nike info, every now and then I'll check the accuracy. I decided to check this run. I wanted to run 6 miles, instead of the 5 I had been going all week.
