I've been tooling around with my pre-run meal. So far Oatmeal has been okay, Cliff Bar was pretty decent, and as yesterday and this morning tells me, Cereal sucks balls. I was very tired and even felt like I was going to pass out at one point during this tiny 3 mile run.
